Israeli soldiers abducted, on Monday at dawn, two young Palestinian men from Qalqilia governorate, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

Media sources said the soldiers invaded Azzoun town, east of the northern West Bank city of Qalqilia, and abducted Husam Salama Salim while walking near the western entrance of the town.

They added that the soldiers also invaded Kufur Qaddoum town, east of Qalqilia, and abducted Mahmoud Eshteiwi, 23, after storming and ransacking his home.

Also at dawn, the soldiers abducted a young man from the al-Obeydiyya town, east of Bethlehem, south of occupied Jerusalem, in the West Bank.

On Sunday evening, the soldiers abducted a former political prisoner, identified as Ali Ismael al-Battat, and injured dozens of residents during ensuing protests, in Bethlehem.
